Returns & Refunds

At Melodia Care Store, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
Note: We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or downloadable products (if applicable).
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at ecom@melodiacare.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief reason for the return
- (If applicable) Photos of any damage or defect
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until your return is processed.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Notify you by email
- Issue a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 5–10 business days (If you are eligible)
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue
We’ll guide you through the next steps.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund:
- Double-check your bank or credit account
- Contact your payment provider—it may take some time to process
- If it's been over 10 business days and there’s still no refund, email us at ecom@melodiacare.com
